This homemade costume for pets entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Vaporeon' costume creator:
Beatrix the Boston terrier from Maui is wearing a an upcycled costume made from an old harness, pool noodle for tail and shirts and pipe cleaners and the tule from an old dress for collar. Used old water bottle cut into sections to support the collar. Costume is inspired by my favorite Pokémon Go character vaporeon!
