Ash Greninja Pokemon Costume

My 7 year old grandson is wearing this costume. He discovered pokemon this year and fell in love with Ash Greninja. I have been making my grandson's costumes since he was two and I previously made my kids Halloween costumes when they were growing up. I did use a jumpsuit pattern for the main outfit and everything else was done with felt and other material. The head piece is made with some Styrofoam forms, felt and cardboard. The Shuriken is made with posterboard and felt and I connected it to the suit by making a circular hook out of floral wire and it hangs on a big button I sewed to the back of the suit. It took me 3 days to make this costume and my grandson loved it!
