This homemade costume for adults entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Malachi, the 'Batman Beyond' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. Black body suite used a mask underneath for face cut ears to extent with foam and recovered w fabric. Cut out eyes and added white shear fabric for eyes. Applied red heat vinyl that i cut my self for batman symbol. Eva foam was used forearm fins. I sewed black and re pleather fabric for wings and belt was eva foam and paint with led light for center.
