This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffany, the 'Birthday Cake' costume creator:
My daughter, Abrianna, is wearing the costume. The idea came from Pinterest!
It is made out of cardboard. We hot glued the pieces together & then added TONS of layers of tissue paper around it. The headpiece is just a black headband with the "candle" piece made out of construction paper!
