This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Renee, the 'Cyndi Lauper' costume creator:
This is my daughter Bella and she LOVES Cyndi Lauper and wanted to be her :) We just went to thrift stores to find 80's jewelry and used clothes we had at home to make something that looked like her. We also used red and orange hair color spray and teased her hair like everyone did in the 80's lol She loved it!
