This homemade costume for kids entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Angela, the 'Christmas Present' costume creator:
My older daughter was being a Christmas tree and I needed something to go along with that... So after some thinking and thinking.... I decided to make my little Milania, age 3 1/2, a Christmas present! I took a Christmas gift bag, cut the bottom off... Decorated it with tinsel garland, and hot glued tissue paper to the inside... All there we have it... My cutest present ever..,
