This homemade costume for kids entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Richard Simmons and Olivia Newton John' costume creator:
My son, age 4, is Richard Simmons and my daughter, age 1.5, is Olivia Newton John a la "Let's Get Physical". It was very simple to make. The weights were foam board, tinker toy sticks and spray paint and the boom box was a cardboard shoe box. T-shirt was done with marker and stick-on jewels. Spent maybe $10 in total!
