Star Wars Family Costume

This costume idea came from my 7 year old who wanted to be Luke Skywalker. Then he started to assign roles. This costume has been done before and I have seen it online. I made the frame out of wood and caulked and Gorilla glued the edges to seal it. Dipped a pair of my son's pants and an old shirt of my wife's in plaster of Paris. Dry. Taped the border and then used tile mastic for the texture on the box. Dry. Spray painted the whole thing. Dry. They used some old computer parts for the side controls.
