This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Elaine, the 'Joker Jokest' costume creator:
My 9 year old daughter did not want to dress up. I was planning on being the joker once I saw this green wig on amazon. I found the jacket at goodwill for $5 and shirt for $3 and leggings for $6 at party city and the wig on amazon for $15.
I was looking on Pinterest for ideas but really couldn't find what I was lookig for but I think my daughter was an amazing joker!
