This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nancy, the 'Cruella Deville' costume creator:
Miss little cruella deville, had a 101 Dalmatian scarf which I Safety pinned it in the front so it wouldn't fall off. She wore 2 sets of panty hose with 1 leg of each cut off so she could have 1 black and 1 white, then bought the wig online and her cigarette holder from ebay. Did some face painting with Halloween paint.
