This homemade costume for adults entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shirley, the 'Escaped Prisoner' costume creator:
The orange jumpsuit came from the goodwill. The flip flops are mine and I purchased a child's gun and handcuff set from the dollar store. The stocking cap is my husband's.
