This homemade costume for girls entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Denise, the 'Eyeball' costume creator:
My 9 year old wanted to be an eyeball. My husband used a clear umbrella to create the eyeball shape. He created a harness inside the umbrella using the handle and bendable plastic. The back is cardboard with foam and pool noodles. He sprayed installation foam to give the appearance of blood. He then sprayed painted the back. He painted the front by hand.
