This homemade costume for pets entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Flower Bouquet' costume creator:
This is my little dachshund Starlet as Bouquet of flowers! She is tiny and I was able to carry her at the pet contest which she took 1st place!! I took a little doll dress that fit her and hot glued flowers all over until I had a full "Bouquet". I then added a bow and Viola.... a pretty bouquet of flowers was she!!!
