Frosty the Snowman Costume

This is 3 yr. old Wyatt who wanted to be Frosty the Snowman for Halloween (not at all a bad idea since I'd think he could wear it for Christmas too! Ü)
Mom, Alicia, put this costume together using various items from around the house and added some spray on sparkles for the "snow" effect (which I think worked VERY well!) With the added accessories, like the Hat, Broom, etc. Alicia says the whole affair cost less than $10.00.
