This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cindy, the 'Glinda and Wicked Witch' costume creator:
I bought an old prom dress and then added lots and lots of material along with sequens, tafeta and lots of other accessories. I made my wand out of dowels and ribbon. The only thing I bought was the crown which then I embellished with things. For the witch, a black dress and hat and lots of green paint! Items were bought from Goodwill.
