This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.

My sister and I really wanted to do a theme this year. We decided on DC villians. Nearly all our costume was buying the sewing patterns and sewing for WEEKS! there was a lot of thrift store shopping for the shoes and belts and buckles!
