This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rachel, the 'Hawaiian Tiki Totem' costume creator:
My name is Rachel, and I am a balloon artist located in the Cincinnati, Oh area. I got the idea for this costume from another balloon artist that created the viral Conrad The Unicorn a few years go. I tried to recreate another artists design and entered it into the health club I work at’s a costume contest. This was a true labor of love. 198 balloons, and about 15 hours of twisting. It was so fun to create and share with my friends! I hope you all enjoy it too!!!
