This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alvie, the 'Hawaii's Baby Moana' costume creator:
Hoku was called Moana at a mall so we googled it. And when we saw the Baby Moana trailer, they had similar traits! Hoku loves the ocean, !95 afraid of waves, and collects shells! I bought 2 pieces of fabric and used the darker one as the skirt pattern. Easy DIY- just cut fabric, use fabric glue for pattern, then wrap the baby!
