This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shelley, the 'Ice Queen' costume creator:
This homemade costume was made with a crown made from icicle Christmas lights, silver duct tape, gems, glue and wire. The outfit was thrown together with thrift store items. Makeup used includes silver glitter makeup with blue accents and of course a white wig.
