This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'Jake from State Farm' costume creator:
My son didn't want makeup or a mask so he went as Jake from State Farm. I can't tell you how many people loved this! And also yelled to him 'What are you wearing?" To which he responded, "Khakis" He carried around a phone too with a cord.
