This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mccarley, the 'Little Lucy' costume creator:
My 9 year old daughter Olivia loves Lucy! A friend sewed the top and skirt... I got auburn hair spray color and we did some Lucy style make up and added some pearls:) Then Olivia got into character. So fun:) The whole costume was about 30.00 with material!
