Mermaid on a Rock Costume

My 10 year old Daughter Baylie is a mermaid on a rock.
We made the this out of a large hoop skirt covered in spray foam. Many many cans of spray foam. Once the foam dried with a knife I begin to cut the foam into small rounded shapes to make it look like a pile of rocks. I then spray painted it with brown paint and then went back over with grey paint. We also added shells, moss and flowers. I then used upholstery foam to shape the tail and cut of scale shapes use craft foam and covered. Then the painted the tail with just several different colors, blue, purple, and lots of glitter. I was running out of time and choose to buy a set of butterflies wings to pull apart and paint to use for the fin. That’s about it!
