A word from Jill, the 'Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy' costume creator:
My cousin and I decided to go this route for Halloween. We had a lot of fun looking at pictures of the cartoon trying to get as close of a match as possible. Turned out only spending maybe $30 bucks total! The idea came from watching Spongebob Squarepants!
