This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Charnece, the 'Pebbles' costume creator:
My baby girl Adelynn is the beautiful baby pebbles from the flinestones. This costume is homemade that cost me a total of $9 for ribbon and fabric from hobby lobby. And the bone hair clip was $3 from spirit Halloween. Super cheap and the CUTEST if I do say so myself.
