Purple Minion Costume

My son wanted to be the purple minion after watching Despicable Me 2. I used a purple yoga mat for the body. I put it around my son and measured where the arms would be cut out. I used long foam pieces for the arms and black gloves for the hands. For the hair I unraveled some twine and painted it purple. I used more foam pieces for the eye and teeth and he wore black pants for the bottom. I glued two foam pieces in the inside to sit on his shoulders to hold the costume up so that he could see out of the eye.
