This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Elyna, the 'Scary Clown' costume creator:
Jordan decided he wanted to scare people for Halloween - he finds it hilarious! The idea of being a clown originated from him watching to movie "IT". The worn down clown suit was purchased from the store but I did all of the face paint/ make-up and hair gel/dye. Jordan was walking around like a zombie the entire carnival!
