This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Zoe, the 'Stoplight' costume creator:
My 10 year old daughter wanted to be a stoplight. So we covered a box in yellow felt and bought some push lights. We spray painted the lights and hot glued them on. We used black felt to add the edges and trim. Paid $13 for everything, and you could see her trick or treating down he whole street!
