This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.

My costume is a Dia De Los Muertos Sugar Skull. The outfit itself is simple, just a black romper. The headpiece is handmade tissue paper flowers, which can easily be found in online tutorials. The main part of the costume is the makeup, which was inspired by an Youtube tutorial
