My four year old is wearing a felt and foam (farm stickers) tornado costume! He LOVES weather and had a storm themed birthday party this year! He tells everyone he's an EF-4 tornado :)

My 4 year old son is obsessed with tornadoes and weather also. He will be so excited when I show him this costume idea for Halloween. Any chance you can give me more detail on how it was made?
