This homemade costume for boys entered our 2009 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Barry & Judy, the 'UPS Man' costume creators:
I always try to dress my twin boys in costumes that coordinate with one another. So, when I found this UPS man costume, I knew it just wouldn't be complete without me creating his signature package.
