This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nancy, the 'Inspector Gadget' costume creator:
Oliver age 6. My son wanted to be Inspector Gadget for Halloween. He insisted on having a propeller hat. It was actually quite simple. Thin wood inside and various bolts and washer plus a little pvc to make his propeller really move.
