This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Ursula' costume creator:
My daughter is doing the Evil Disney Queen theme. She was first Cruella, then Maleficent and now Ursula. Since I knew the plan, I bought this octopus costume 75 percent off and did her hair and makeup to replicate Ursula along with the infamous shell necklace.
