This homemade costume for pets entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'Charlie the Peacock' costume creator:
My 4 year old Chihuahua Charlie loves to dress up for Howl-o-ween. This year he is a peacock, in past years he has been a caterpillar and a turkey. We live in Salem, MA so he has to play along.
