This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brooke, the 'Rainbow Brite and Twink' costume creator:
My daughters are Rainbow Brite and Twink. I made the costumes for them because my daughter likes watching Rainbow Brite and wanted to wear a matching costume with her sister. They were made with materials and patterns from Hobby Lobby. It cost around $75 for the materials. The legs and sleeves were made from clown socks.
