This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nancy, the 'Dia de Los Muertos' costume creator:
I put together a Day of the Dead costume using a short costume dress I purchased and adding a black skirt, jewelry, flowers, wig, gloves and combination of makeup and temp. tattoos. I wore black stockings and boots as well. There were a lot of pieces to this costume but it turned out better than expected :)
