This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Evelyn, the 'Homeless Man' costume creator:
My daughter Penelope(2yrs old) is wearing the costume. We was low on funds to by a store bought costume, so thats why we chose the costume and came up with the idea. We found out how much fun it is to create a costume on our own. Several people took pics of here while we were trick or treaking.
