This homemade costume for boys entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carly, the 'Kurt Cobain Unplugged' costume creator:
My son has long hair and I've always thought he resembled Kurt Cobain. This year after watching MTV Nirvana unplugged with him, we convinced him to dress as Cobain for Halloween. I bought the green sweater from a cheap clothing store for 9.99, he had the jeans and sneakers already. The undershirt is from target and we drew the Nirvana face on it to make it easier for people to guess his costume. He had the guitar already and we bought a bag of plastic microphones for $5 from amazon.
