This homemade costume for boys entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Pamela, the 'Lego Bad Cop' costume creator:
I made this costume for my grandson, Gabe. It was very time consuming, I Made the body and feet out of black cardboard I got at Michaels. The head is Sonatube, the hands are made from blue board insulation I got at Lowes. I had to get special water based paint for the styrofoam (blue board). I used black, gray, silver and yellow duct tape. The high gloss spray paint was messy to use.
