Lego Movie Family Costume

Costume took about 3 weeks to build. Boxes, color construction paper (shining one), spray glue, color duck tape, Styrofoam, velcro and mesh. The faces are cut-out construction paper. The mouth have a black mesh so we could see thru. My daughter (youngest) was Wild Style, My son (oldest) was Bad Cop, Me (the father)was Lord Business, My son best friend was Slenderman (not a Lego), and my other son (youngest boy) was Emmet. It cost about about $200 and my time (it worth it). I only had about 2-3hr a day to work on it. We do Halloween every year since my oldest son was born (he is 11 now). This year we decided to go with characters from The Lego Movie. We don't make them every year but this year we had to since we wanted to be those characters. We live in the Bronx near 167st. We are always a big hit every Halloween but this year we were a BIG HIT! It was fun. My kids enjoyed themselves. This is what makes me a happy father doing thing like this with my family. My wife doesn't dress up but I need a photographer.:) Happy Halloween 2014
