Pedestrian Crosswalkers Costume

This is my son and I from last year (2013). I had seen someone dressed as a speed limit sign I found online and thought it would be hilarious to be that mom and kid crosswalk sign. I originally was just going to have the one sign and wear it myself but an all black dressed kid on Halloween seemed too scary. I used cardboard and covered it in yellow duct tape and the line was black electrical tape. There are two backpack like straps also made of duct tape that are attached to the sign to make them easy to wear. We already had all the black clothes and I put panty hose over our bike helmets. One of the best costumes I've ever done and it was really cheap and quick to make. About $15 bucks for everything!
