This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.

Zeus is wearing his Scuba costume this year. It is made of black fabric. The tank is a spray painted water bottle. The gauge was purchased. Electrical tape connects the gauge to the tank. The flippers are felt on rubber bands.
