This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cheryl, the 'Stolen Mermaid' costume creator:
It's me in the costume. All home made! I saw a photo of another girl who did this and loved the illusion it created. I used material from the second hand store bought the mask and pirate accessories at Walmart. It took a about 72 hours of work but so worth it.
