This homemade costume for men entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tom, the 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle' costume creator:
I made this costume out of 300 balloon and it took me 24 hours to make. The idea came to me when making balloon animals for a party a child asked me if I could make a Turtle costume out of balloons, so I did.
