This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Baby Kitty Cat' costume creator:
My baby Keilani Rae is wearing a kitty cat costume for her first Halloween. Idea came from good ole Pinterest. Not really a good how to except make a black tutu wrap a boa around a small piece of wire hanger making sure the cut part doesn't hurt the chil hook onto back of tutu fold it as desired tail shape. Add some boa to sleeves of shirt. Buy ears and that's it. Costume cost under 20$
