This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.

This is my daughter Brittany pharel dressed as Cubs bandwagon fan! We came up with this idea when we start seeing so many cubs fans all of a sudden and soon left when the cubs left to the METS on October 22nd.This is our original idea.We visited local resale shops and spent about $25 to make, we already had the dolls and the wagon.
