This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.

This is my custom designed cheerleader Harley Quinn costume that I made and designed.
The top is made from lycra and the name has been hand painted on. The skirt was made using broadcloth in black and red colours that have been pleated together.
