This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.

Idea came from many many years ago seeing my young nephew in a similar costume-I needed a costume suitable for a faculty to wear to a community college -trench coat was mine so very easy to hit the Dollar Store for the gadgets - lots of fun and laughs
