This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Maritza, the 'Jack Skellington' costume creator:
At 2 years old, my daughter wanted to be Jack Skellington. So my sister made her a tutu dress and we painted her face and this was the outcome! I made her dog Zero using a foam roll, a clothes hanger, and a plastic table cloth.
