This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sybil, the 'Ladybug' costume creator:
Agnes the Russian Tortoise looks so cute in this little outfit! I thought it would be a natural shape for her shell. I cut some red felt into a circle then cut a small wedge out to make it more conical in shape. I added some spots, google eyes, and little pom-pom feet. The best part is the pipe cleaners which I twisted around a pencil and then glued some pom-poms on top to make antennae. They jiggle when she walks!! It only cost a couple of dollars to make this costume.
