This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Little Old Man' costume creator:
This is Jacob Henry Long Jr. He is 3 years old. We got the idea from looking at costumes online. How we made the costume... I bought all the clothes at the thrift store, stuffed his belly with a towel and build the walker out of pvc pipe.
